Leadership DELTA is a model program sponsored by General Electric and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority for collegiate women of high academic achievement and leadership potential. The program focuses primarily on women in the fields of science, engineering, mathematics, technology, and business although other fields are represented. Upon acceptance, you will be invited to a conference consisting of a series of short workshops covering a variety of personal and professional development topics: networking, personal branding, GE job opportunities, leadership Panels, Health, mock interviews, etc. Leadership DELTA runs from September 2013 through May 2014.
